After his sobering research documentaries about food (We Feed the World) and money (Let's Make Money) Austrian director Erwin Wagenhofer wondered how these derailments in our society are at all possible. He found the answer in the fact that we are badly programmed for this world, starting in our childhood: the problem is the 'alphabet' that current Western education systems forces upon us. A different type of education seems to be the key to change: education that does not rely on uniformity, competition and results, but on creativity and the unique qualities of each child .
