For years, Danish politologist Bjørn Lomborg has made the scientific world fume with his controversial ideas on climate change. He is not a traditional climate sceptic: Lomborg does not deny climate change. What he does say is that the problem is being handled in an unrealistic, inefficient and expensive way and that money would be better spend on bigger and more urgent problems – in his opinion – like hunger and poverty.
