In a hotel room somewhere in North America, Mexican hitman El Sicario tells his story. He got into crime as a drug trafficker and for twenty years has done the dirty work for the drug cartel of Juarez, murder capital of the world. In excruciating detail, he talks about how he kidnapped people, got them to talk and how thoroughly corrupt both Mexican and American authorities are. With minimal means, this bloodcurdling documentary gets maximum effect.
