This is the story of "Free and Happy", the Royal Harmonic Parade of Oostkamp, which exists for over 50 years but in recent years has to cope with a serious lack of members. The film follows the harmony's trail for a few months as they struggle their membership problem. Tension is rising high in the group until they decide to take action..but will this be the salvation "Free and Happy" is hoping for? Won the ACE-award for Best National Student Short at the Filmfestival Ghent 2009.
