The ChaperoneFraser Munden
Teachers, a underestimated profession that deals with a lot of shortages. In the 70’s, Ralp Whims experienced this firsthand in the basement of the small church where he chaperoned the prom of the high school students. A couple of hours into the party, it was crashed by a motor gang who violently disrupted the event.
But they didn’t count on meeting Ralph, who single handily escorted the gang outside. The Chaperone is a tribute to martial arts, complete with animated fight scenes, a casual voice-over of Whims himself, accompanied with magnificent Blaxploitation music.
The short film will be screened before the feature film The Night.
