Ticket Sale
Before the festival takes place, you can purchase tickets at the ticket office at Cinema ZED Vesalius, or online via this website (payment by card, Mastercard, VISA), but you cannot reserve tickets without paying.
During the festival, you can buy your tickets online or at Cinema ZED Vesalius, but also at other festival locations. The Festival Center at Cinema ZED Vesalius is continously openfrom 10:00 until 15 minutes after the start of the last film. Teh ticket offices of all other locations are open half an hour before the projection until 15 minutes after the projection.

Tickets & Passes
CAN I VISIT THE FESTIVAL AS A FILM STUDENT?
Being a film student at RITCS, LUCA C-Mine, LUCA Narafi, LUCA Sint-Lukas and KASK, you can apply for an accreditation at DOCVILLE. Film students only pay half of the normal price, you need a promocode for this. You can get this code via you film school. Didn't get one? Contact your school or info@docville.be
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
You can purchase tickets both online and at the ticket office. Online you will find the possibility to buy a ticket on the description page of each film. Before the start of and during DOCVILLE, you will be able to buy tickets at the ticket office of ZED-Vesalius (Andreas Vesaliusstraat 9c). Only during the festival will you be able to buy tickets at the ticket offices at the other locations.
CAN I RESERVE MY SEAT?
No, you cannot reserve a specific seat when buying tickets, but you are free to choose a seat when entering the theater hall.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKETS?
Purchased tickets can be exchanged for other tickets until 24 hours before the projection. Tickets cannot be paid back.
ARE THE THEATER HALLS ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS?
Cinema ZED Vesalius, Auditorium Vesalius, 30CC/Wagehuys are accessible for wheelchair users. The halls at Kinepolis are unfortunetaly not always accessible for wheelchair users (in some halls there are about six steps to enter the hall. Please contact us for more information).
Projections
AT WHAT TIME DO PROJECTIONS START?
We strive to make our projections as punctual as possible. That is possible if you come on time. You can enter the hall no later than 15 minutes after the start of the projection. People who arrive too late are not entitled to receive a refund or other compensation.
CAN I EAT OR DRINK IN THE HALLS?
Eating and drinking is not allowed in our theater halls.
WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE SUBTITLES BE IN?
On each film description page, you will find information on the subtitle language. Most of the time, the language used for subtitles is English.

DOCVILLE reception
You are very welcome at our DOCVILLE festival reception in Cinema ZED Vesalius for information and tickets. This is also the guest reception for press, accredited persons and Festival Pass users.
At the ticket offices of all other DOCVILLE locations, you can only purchase tickets.
